A contact may have a home email address, a work email address and often even a “freebie” address like Gmail. These days we are often dealing with multiple options for this type of information. ![]() When we are working with different contacts in Outlook, we are dealing with the basic information we need to access: name, email address, phone etc. This is one of those things that can help you work smoother and faster. Today I want to show you how to adjust the way the email address of any of your Contacts in Outlook is presented. Often it’s the small things that can make the biggest difference to how smoothly our working day goes.
